No. We will write you a program using whatever kit you have available (gym or at home).
For the price of a cup of coffee with 'Fancy Milk' per day, you can transform your health & fitness. We have split payment options available for flexibilty.
Our programmes are 100% online, which allows us to coach clients not just locally, but across Derry, the UK, Ireland, and worldwide. Online coaching gives you the flexibility to train around your own schedule while still receiving structured programming, regular feedback, and ongoing support.
Our programmes are best suited to those who have some basic training experience and understanding of standard exercises. That said, you don’t need to be advanced. As long as you’re willing to learn, follow structure, and take guidance, you’ll be supported throughout.
We don’t rely on generic, fixed meal plans.

Instead, your nutrition is tailored to you, based on your goals, calorie requirements, lifestyle, and food preferences.
After your initial check-in, your coach will decide the best approach depending on your experience and relationship with food. Our focus is on teaching you a flexible and sustainable way to eat, so you’re not just following a plan, you understand what you’re doing and can maintain it long-term.
You’ll receive weekly check-ins, regular progress reviews, and ongoing support across training, nutrition, and lifestyle throughout the programme.
